TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
By accessing, subscribing to, or using the WLNP GLP-1 Success App (the “App”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement is entered into between you and Weight Loss NP, LLC, a Colorado-based company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the App.
APP DESCRIPTION
The App provides general education, lifestyle guidance, and wellness information related to weight loss, GLP-1 medication support, nutrition, behavior change, habit development, and long-term weight maintenance.
The App may include:
Educational content
In-app lessons and tools
Written and video materials
Community features
Third-party platforms or integrations
The App does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice and is not a substitute for care from your licensed healthcare provider.
NO PROVIDER–PATIENT RELATIONSHIP
Use of the App does not create a provider–patient relationship between you and Weight Loss NP, LLC or Katie Sorensen, NP-C.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are not a patient of Weight Loss NP or Katie Sorensen, NP-C by using this App
No medical services are being provided
No diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or medical monitoring occurs through the App
The App provides education and general wellness support only
All medical decisions, diagnoses, medications, and treatments must be made with your own licensed healthcare provider with whom you have an established provider–patient relationship.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Always consult your physician, nurse practitioner, or other qualified healthcare provider before making changes to:
Medications
Diet or nutrition
Exercise routines
Supplements
Weight loss or maintenance strategies
Medical treatment plans
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through this App.
PRIVACY, HEALTH INFORMATION, AND HIPAA DISCLOSURE
You acknowledge and agree that:
The App is not HIPAA compliant
Information shared within the App or any community features is not considered private or confidential
You should not share sensitive personal health information that you would not want disclosed
While we take reasonable steps to protect data, no digital platform can guarantee security. You use the App and share information at your own risk.
You further agree that:
Other users may view, respond to, or reference content you share
Weight Loss NP is not responsible for how other users use or disclose shared information
COMMUNITY CONDUCT
If the App includes community or interactive features, you agree to participate respectfully and lawfully.
You agree not to:
Share medical advice as fact
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
Promote, sell, or solicit products or services
Share App content outside the platform
Misrepresent your credentials or qualifications
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access for violations of these rules, without refund.
FEES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription or offer.
Subscription Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing periods only.
REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:
Partial subscription periods
Unused time
Failure to use the App
Dissatisfaction with results
Changes in circumstances
You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
NO GUARANTEES
Results vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding:
Weight loss
Weight maintenance
Health outcomes
Behavior change
Physical or emotional results
Your outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including adherence, biology, medical care, and lifestyle.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All App content is the exclusive property of Weight Loss NP, LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
Share, copy, reproduce, or distribute App content
Upload content to AI tools or databases
Use materials for commercial purposes
Violations may result in termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weight Loss NP, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
If liability is found, damages shall be limited to the amount you paid to access the App.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Colorado.
USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
If you access the App from outside the United States, you do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws. The App is controlled and operated from the United States.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
