We’re a small, provider-owned practice based in Colorado that delivers real relationships, personalized medical care, and long-term habit change. We just happen to do it through telehealth! Our clients also have direct and ulimited access to their dedicated provider anytime via our secure platform. Our care is personal, comprehensive, and deeply invested in your long-term success.
How It Works
The process is simple:
- Schedule a free consultation on our website.
- You’ll receive digital paperwork to complete your full medical history. We will also get to know about your previous diet attempts, goals, individual needs, and weight loss challenges.
- At your scheduled time, you’ll meet with one of our licensed nurse practitioners via a secure live video visit.
During the visit, we:
- Review your history in detail
- Discuss your goals
- Talk through appropriate treatment options
- If we are a good fit, we can start treatment at the time of the first consult!
This is a full 40- 60 minute consultation where we walk through the risks, benefits, side effects, and expectations for GLP-1 medications (if appropriate), and introduce lifestyle tips to help you succeed. You will walk away from your weight loss consultation educated in available options and knowing if we are the right partner on your weight loss and health journey!
If you choose to join our program, we can prescribe the medication right then and there on the first consult. You’ll have unlimited access to your provider through our secure patient portal. We encourage messaging about anything—whether it feels big or small: side effects, diet questions, stalled weight loss, even just needing support.
You’ll also meet with your provider via video once a month for ongoing follow-up and coaching.
How You Receive Your Medication
Once prescribed, your medication is shipped directly to your home from a licensed USA pharmacy. It’s private, convenient, and safe. We teach each patient how to administer the small, once-weekly injection themselves, step by step. Most people are surprised at how simple and painless it is. Our team makes sure you feel confident and supported from your very first dose.
How Insurance Works
We don’t bill insurance directly, but we are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement.
Insurance coverage for GLP-1 weight loss medications is inconsistent and often lacking. That’s part of why most telehealth practices, including ours, operate outside of traditional insurance. However, if your insurance does cover a GLP-1, we can send the prescription to your local pharmacy so you can use your coverage. We can do prior-authorizations for your insurance if needed! If you do have insurance coverage for the medication rx, it significantly lowers the total cost of your care.
Who We Work With
We help women, men, and children over the age of 12 with their health and weight loss goals! GLP-1 medications are approved in kids ages 12 and up. We often work with multiple members of a family at the same time – it’s wonderful to have your family on a similar plan so you can achieve your goals together! Many of our clients are juggling careers, families, and other responsibilities and love the convenience, privacy, and personal attention that telehealth provides.
